The Corner House

A contemporary bungalow in one of the most bustling places in Delhi, this corner plot houses a family of 2 brothers. The façade of the house is an elegant combination of wood and concrete placed together to form an artistic composition. The plot is a 3000 sq. ft. with a built area of 9000 sq. ft.

A double height space is provided on the ground floor which acts as the common area for the entire family.  The 4 floors of the bungalow are designed in a way keeping in mind the space for each member and the design brief. The top most floor is designed to adhere the entertainment and recreational needs of the owners. An open terrace along with a comfortable bar and lounge is specially created for the times to unwind.
